Dr. Stephen Garman
Lead Pastor
Stephen serves as Lead Pastor and is deeply passionate about discipleship and expository preaching. He is committed to helping people grow in their faith through the clear teaching of God’s Word and intentional spiritual formation. Stephen has received theological training from Central Bible College, Phoenix Seminary, and the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He is married to Julie and this year they will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. Together, they have one son, Griffin. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and reading good books.
Charlotte Bircheff
Worship Director
Charlotte serves as Worship Director and has a heart for leading the church in worship that glorifies God and unites the body. She has been part of this church her entire life, began serving in youth ministry in 2005, and has been on staff for eight years. Charlotte has been married to her husband Nick for 12 years. Her favorite food is cheese and in her free time, she enjoys playing Nintendo video games and cuddling with her fur babies.
Gabriella Sarabia
Kids Director
Gabriella serves as Kids Director, caring for and supporting the children and families of the church. She is passionate about leading children into a firm foundation in Christ and has been part of this church her entire life. Gabriella is currently working toward her Associate of Arts degree and also taking ministerial classes through Global University. She enjoys history and Formula One racing.
Melanie Emery
Church Admin
Melanie serves as the Church Admin at Redemption Church, where she has been on staff since 2023. With over 20 years of involvement in local church ministry, she is passionate about supporting church staff and ministry leaders so they can serve effectively and with excellence. Above all, Melanie considers her most important roles to be wife to her husband, Nick, and mom to their three children.
